CFO (Chief-Financial-Officer)- An important officer to assist CEO of the Company










CFOs are professionally certified accountants, however it has become commonplace for non-accountants to become CFOs in the United States. Many CFOs have a Master of Business Administration postgraduate academic qualification in scientific/strategic management. A finance department would usually contain some accountants with Certified Public Accountant or equivalent status.

CFO's are one of the decision makers & got to take right decisions in right time to enhance te company growth. Chief financial officers see it as a critical capability, many feel the decision-making process in their own organisations is chronically under-managed. CFO's should analyze the business's assumptions and plans and investments to make sure that he or company is applying very strictly & neatly every year, and that they are being objective and not emotional in decision making.
